In its 71st year, The University of Melbourne and CPA Australia's Annual
research lecture is the longest running lecture series at the
University. Endowed by CPA Australia, the lecture series was
established for the purpose of promoting and stimulating research and
encouraging original contributions to accounting.
Presenter: Professor Miklos Vasarhelyi PhD, MBA is
currently the KPMG Professor of Accounting Information Systems and
Director of the Continuous Auditing and Reporting Laboratory (CarLab) at
Rutgers University, USA. He is also the Technology Consultant at the
AT&T Laboratories and editor of the Artificial Intelligence in Accounting and Auditing series.
